Responsibilities

•Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and high-level relationships by frequently meeting in person with both potential clients and current clients across the U.S.
•Prepare and deliver high level presentations to C-level executives and Human Resource professionals
•Actively maintains and updates the status of accounts, projects, and contact within CRM tools.
•Proactively seeks out new business and exhibits initiative.
•Educates, demonstrates, and trains prospective customers on existing and new products capabilities, and applications.
•Accurately qualifies leads and performs cold calling.
•Negotiates contract terms and conditions with customers. Records and reviews potential changes in scope of contract and advises management and customer of potential impact changes.
 
Core Competencies

•Bachelor’s Degree or higher
•Minimum 5 years of sales management experience
•Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
•Money motivated with a strong desire to win
•Strong organizational and analytical skills with a willingness to learn
•Punctuality and excellent time management skills
•High level of professionalism

Compensation

Before we go any further, let's define our compensation structure. Our consultants are paid on a generous commission based on two factors, 1. Contribution to closing the sales. 2. Delivery of Scope of Work. You can earn commission on both elements.  If you have an entrepreneurial drive with the desire to make $100,000+ with an opportunity to earn company equity then we should talk.
