Our client is in the virtual reality space.  Their engineering team specializes in the construction of a toolchain and PaaS that allows for the creation, production and distribution of some of the web's most engaging 360-degree panoramic content. With their patented technologies, they have been bringing the real world right into people’s devices for over a decade, and continue to innovate daily.  They have an immediate opening for a full stack software engineer with a solid skill set in web-specific technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, AngularJS), and Microsoft server-side technologies (C#.Net, ASP.NET MVC5, Entity Framework).

They are looking for someone who will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment who wants to use the latest cutting-edge web technologies to build applications that can change how people experience the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a hands-on member of a small, powerful, agile development team.
  • Implement new features into their core products and tools.
  • ?Extend their web applications for use by partners, internal users, and the public.
  • ?Collaborate on architecture and implementation strategies with the team.


Requirements:

  • 5 – 10 years of experience delivering full stack web code in a SaaS environment.

  • Programming experience with C# and MS SQL Server, or equivalent technologies.

  • Expert level knowledge of web and web services technologies including web services, user

    interface best practices.

  • Expert in JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, and experience using jQuery, Knockout.js, AngularJS and/or

    SignalR.

  • Familiarity with IIS 6 / IIS 7, MS SQL Server and Windows Server or equivalent technologies.

    Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Scrum or another agile methodology.

  • Microsoft platforms: IIS and MS SQL.

  • Development processes: source control, defect tracking, collaborative tools, code review.

  • Development tools: MS Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio
