Hospice Community Liaison - Veterans
Middlebury, CT
Join our growing team of dedicated professionals and create awareness about the unique services we offer as a part of our renowned hospice program. We are looking for an experienced Community Liaison to develop and sustain strong business partnerships with referral sources in targeted communities.
Responsibilities include developing, implementing and evaluating outreach strategies to achieve quarterly and annual goals. Success in this role will depend on the ability to build consultative relationships by making valuable customer contacts and presentations, and interacting effectively with local sales and clinical staff.

  • Previous healthcare sales or service experience preferred
  • Must have military experience (veteran)
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent interpersonal skills required
  • Demonstrated capacity to learn clinical knowledge, as well as the ability to understand pain and symptom management guidelines.
Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited college/university.
