Job Description
The Human Resources Manager is a partner and business strategy support leader providing critical support to the leadership team.  With a focus on maximizing organizational capability and creating a high performing and engaged culture, they will strive for continued excellence and growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who is passionate about team-building and employee engagement, capable of conceptualizing and executing big picture strategies.
 
Core Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with other team members to drive core process excellence across the organization. This includes talent acquisition, on-boarding, performance management, rewards & recognition, employee engagement, employee and leadership development, succession planning and employee communications.
  • With leadership, will define and execute workforce planning to ensure appropriate staffing levels and proactively work with external firms/agencies to prepare for future vacancies & manages talent acquisition processes for all positions. 
  • Along with the HR team manages and supports annual goal setting of performance metrics and cascading, performance monitoring and assessment and reward processes, ensuring process and tools are understood and fully utilized. 
  • Collaborates with leaders in upgrading the skills and capabilities of employees through identification, development and retention of talent. Drives employee development initiatives by identifying and implementing tools and programs, while leveraging company-wide and local programs.
  • Drives talent review and management processes including succession planning for key leadership roles.
  • With leaders, develops and implements employee communication programs to gain alignment and generate engagement around business objectives.
  • Continuously focuses on process improvements with HR team members.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor degree HR or BA
  • 5-+ years of experience in manufacturing environment
  • 5-7 years  of human resources experience
  • PHR, SPHR Certified preferred
