Job Description
  • Repair and  maintenance of CNC Machining centers, high pressure washers, automation and leak testing equipment, compressors and other various production equipment
  • Monitor the operative ability of production machinery and other manufacturing equipment
  • Assessment and analysis of defective parts, machines and all other production machinery equipment
  • Development of solutions to repair production equipment
  • Machine operation approval after maintenance and repair completed
  • Prepare maintenance and repair plans as well as repair and maintenance instructions and manual
  • Instruct employees
  • Professional support of the employees with repair and maintenance responsibilities
  • Carry out a shift change communication at the beginning and at the end of the respecting shift
  • Conduct Preventative Maintenance as needed on all equipment.
  • Maintain documentation of all maintenance work for all machines and building
  • Effective communication with internal (e.g. co-workers) and external (e.g. clients, suppliers, certification companies) partners
  • Provide support to all other departments in Company, as needed
  • Adhere to work regulations, accident prevention regulations, environmental regulations and OSHA/MIOSHA laws

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical college courses in mechanical drawing, mathematics, blueprint reading, computers, and electronics is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years job related experience
  • Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronics
  • Understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings, power supplies, fuses, circuit breakers, disconnects, voltage requirements, filters, coolants, oils and greases, minor fabrication, general lighting and crane operations
  • GD+T knowledge preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics and operation sheets
  • Manual dexterity
  • Cutting technique and CNC technique experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Knowledge of safety requirements and OSHA standards relating to machines/equipment
  • SAP knowledge preferred but not required; must be able to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving abilities
