Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair & maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the sites business goals & objectives.
 
 
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
  1. Setup, troubleshooting and maintenance of Pressure Testing equipment a priority throughout the facility
  2. Assist with the maintenance of CNC equipment
  3. Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment
  4. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
  5. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities
  6. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
  7. Read & interpret equipment manuals & work orders to perform required maintenance & service.
  8. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test & make adjustments
  9. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines equipment and plant facilities
  10. Use a variety of hand & power tools, electric meters & material handling equipment in performing duties.
  11. Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean & orderly work area
  12. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
 
 
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
 
 
In this position the employee will be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts & vibration.  The noise level in the environment can be loud, hearing protection is provided and mandatory in certain areas. Safety glasses are mandatory in the facility.  Physical requirements are as follows: the employee is required to talk and hear, is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands & arms.  The position requires frequent pushing, pulling & lifting of objects that are up to 70bs.
 
 
 
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
 
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance a plus. 4+ years of manufacturing experience is also desirable.
 
 
 
 
 
Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm    1st Shift
 
Overtime as needed Friday, Saturday, Sunday
