Our client is in the virtual reality space.  Their engineering team specializes in the construction of a toolchain and PaaS that allows for the creation, production and distribution of some of the web's most engaging 360-degree panoramic content. With their patented technologies, they have been bringing the real world right into people’s devices for over a decade, and continue to innovate daily.  They have an opening for a mobile software engineer with a solid skill set in mobile app technologies (both Swift/Objective-C, Android/Java) and a foundation in 3D technologies such as Unity.

Please be someone who is collaborative and works well in a fast-paced, agile environment.  You will use the latest cutting-edge technologies to build applications that can change how people experience the world.


  • Work as a hands-on member of a small, powerful, agile development team
  • Implement new features into their existing products and tools.
  • Extend their mobile applications for use by partners, internal users, and the public.
  • Collaborate on architecture and implementation strategies with the team.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience delivering mobile applications.

  • Programming experience with Swift and/or Objective-C on iOS

  • Programming experience with Java on Android

  • Programming experience with Unity

  • Knowledge of real-time rendering techniques

  • Strong team player who thrives in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment with a growth mindset.

  • Familiarity with connecting mobile applications to web services

  • Experience with Scrum or another agile methodology a plus.

  • Experience with Virtual Reality technologies (Google Cardboard, Oculus, HTC Vive) a plus.

  • Programming experience with C++ preferred.

  • Experience with 3D shaders a plus.

  • Development processes: source control, defect tracking, collaborative tools, code review a plus

  • Development tools: Xcode, Android Studio, Unity IDE helpful
