LOCATION: Chattanooga area, Tennessee

Description:
The Regional Clinical Recruiter, serves as a partner to the Facility HRD’s and other leadership team members, and is responsible for ensuring objectivity, compliance, consistency and fairness for candidates and employees while supporting the Mission, Vision and Core Values of the company.
The Regional Clinical Recruiter is responsible for developing, with local facility leadership, regional staffing, recruiting, development, and retention programs for all clinical positions.  
These programs are focused on materially improving each facilities quality scores, patient experience, productivity, culture and financial performance by improving their ability to recruit, retain and develop the right clinical staff and leadership, at the right levels, time and place.

Area of focus will be Regional Recruiting Programs,Nursing Program Alliances, Staffing Programs, Employee Retention and Clinical Leadership Development.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree required
-3 to 5 years of multi-site clinical recruitment in healthcare(hospital specific)
-Significant experience combining clinical process re-design efforts with manpower planning and development. 
-Prior experience developing for a healthcare system staffing models (analytics), then demand programs that measurably improve a healthcare systems ability to match current and future manpower needs with available resources. 
-Developed on-going and deep partnerships with various Nursing Programs that incorporate everything from internships to a partnership for on-going clinical education. 
-Proven ability to reduce employee turnover through the creation and deployment of career progressions systems that encompass compensation plans, skills matrix, career ladders, etc. 
-Managed the creation of clinical education programs, including development of the core curriculum, selection of educators, and on-going management
-Managed a systems clinical recruitment programs spanning multiple facilities and Primary Service Areas.
-Working knowledge of federal and state employment law

Additional Info:
The recruiter will service 6 facilities in the area that are part of the same system.
Person will have to have the ability to travel to the facilities up to 50%.
The Regional Clinical Recruiter will report directly to the Recruiting Director. 

Compensation is based on experience but looking around 80-85K plus bonus potential. The facility offers full benefits and a relocation/sign-on package.
