THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
You will function as a Salesforce Business Analyst; you will be responsible for the overall technical implementation & health of Salesforce for one of the most prestigious hedge funds.  
 
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
  • Implement Salesforce.com solutions on projects, where you will
  • Configure Salesforce and add-on solutions to meet requirements
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates client’s current business systems, documents and user needs
  • Documents complex business processes (workflows) and requirements (user stories, use cases, wireframes)
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and capture requirements
  • Defines project scope and objectives on small projects
  • Work with a team of other Consultants, Developers, Solution Architects and Project Managers on larger projects
  • Follow advanced architecture, solution, and platform-specific technical best practices
  • Provide hands-on Salesforce.com (and Salesforce.com-related technology) customization and configuration following requirements and solution design
  • Document project deliverables and knowledge-transfer to the customer and to the project lead
  • Review proposed architecture, design and configurations of team members

QUALIFICATIONS
  • BS or BA degree
  • Working in or with nonprofits required
  • 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce.com customization and configuration
  • Salesforce.com Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Foundation Connect experience 
  • Salesforce Consultant Certification
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-changing, demanding environment
  • Highly organized, responsible, and attentive to timelines and details
  • Excellent presentation, written/verbal communication, documentation, and client-facing skills, and a demonstrated ability to communicate with non-technical clients regarding technical issues
