Minimum Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business required.
  • 3-4 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-driven, high energy, confident, and professional.
  • Ability to collaborate/compromise with multiple cross-functional partners and develop strong relationships and influence others.
  • Confident presenting to senior leaders with the ability to defend perspective/deliver difficult and unfavorable information in a productive manner.
  • Ability to operate independently within own scope of responsibility under general supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize and operate with a sense of urgency when needed and prioritize the needs of various customers.
 
Duties & Responsibilities
CFM
  • Supervise Financial analysts and lead in supporting internal Client Teams and Client Service Lead.
  • Support large “in-flight” client projects/provide reporting & analysis on financial status and outlook.
  • Manage revenue recognition, completions estimates, write-offs, and margins.
  • Ensure project financial transactions, (i.e. billings & collections) are maintained in a timely/accurate manner.
  • Partner with project teams to price/scope new pursuits, complete risk assessment, and present financials to risk assessment committee.
FP&A
  • Revenue/profit forecasting for company, practice areas, and markets; ad hoc financial analysis support.
  • Determine cost of operations by establishing standard costs and collecting operational data.
  • Identify financial status by comparing/analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Recommend actions, make comparative analyses, and study proposed changes in methods and materials.
  • Supervise financial analysts and prepare presentations to Senior Management team.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
